Aria Investments advised Novus Asset Management on fundraising for the Novus Riverside Real Estate Fund.
In the second and third quarters of 2025, the fund successfully raised EUR 6,700,000 in investments.

The Novus Riverside Real Estate Fund plans to invest more than EUR 70,000,000 in a residential housing project in Bukčiai. The fund has acquired a 3.1-hectare plot in an exceptional area of Vilnius – surrounded by the Bukčiai Forest Park and located on the banks of the Neris River. The project will feature a low-rise residential quarter designed to meet the highest quality standards.
