Aria Investments advised Novus Asset Management on raising capital for the Novus Riverside Real Estate Fund.

During 2025 and January 2026, the fund successfully raised EUR 9 410 000.

The Novus Riverside Real Estate Fund plans to invest more than EUR 70 000 000 in a residential development project in Bukčiai. The fund has already acquired a 3.1-hectare plot in a prime location in Vilnius, surrounded by the Bukčiai forest park and on the banks of the Neris River. A high-standard, low-rise residential community will be developed there.
