ZeroSum Re Fund I, managed by UAB Plovyklos LT, currently owns 10 real estate properties rented by UAB “Švaros broliai”, which operates under the PRO BRO brand. These locations feature tunnel car washes run by franchise partners.

The purpose of the bond issue is to replace short-term acquisition financing with longer-term funding and support the purchase of additional car wash properties.
